Macro-perspective improvement,
with deep enthusiasm, thoughtful questions, and an itch to create.

Traditional resumes don’t tell the whole story, so I figured I would try to fill in a few gaps…

01. Communications & Rebranding

I collaborated with Bruce Mau Design to re-envision their website, case studies, articles, photography direction, and more.

From being a Superman-led to an Avengers-led studio, Laura Stein RGD takes us through the "friends and family" re-branding process.

02. Strategy & Design Consulting

There’s nothing I love more than seeing it all come together — design, communications, visuals, and user experience. I work closely with entrepreneurs to develop their vision; whether that’s a website, visual content, or overall strategy.

Ushered change at a Software company using B Corp standards and listened to current employee experiences. We developed new employee engagement surveys, redesigned the onboarding process, and suggested ways for them to refine company culture.

04. Photography & Creative Direction

05. Building Community

Empowering women in business? Sharing ideas in a group setting? Social events with a purpose? Yes. Yes. Yes.

LWD is a global non-profit initiative with chapters in 280 cities worldwide — I started the Raleigh chapter offering free mentorship circles, portfolio reviews, talks & creative meetups.

06. Group Formation in the Work Environment

“What do founders need in order to scale an effective team?” We found three themes throughout our research: Psychological safety, emotional norms, and diversity. From these themes, we created modules for the Andrews Launch Accelerator.

07. Behavioral Insights

How can researchers best motivate entrepreneurs to participate in the academic research that will ultimately benefit small businesses across the nation? Over the course of 8 weeks, we used behavioral science principles and A/B testing to nudge entrepreneurs to sign up for networkimpact.io
