As the first Marketing hire at Rendyr, I hustled to uncover customer insights through direct calls, partnered with top universities to shape product-market fit, and dove deep into GTM strategies.

I believe deeply in cross-collaboration—you might have found me chatting with our VP of Engineering about electrical components or brainstorming influencer partnerships with our CEO and ad agency.

B Corp Clinic Consultant

Ushered change at a Software company using B Corp standards and listened to current employee experiences. We developed new employee engagement surveys, redesigned the onboarding process, and suggested ways for them to refine company culture.

LWD is a global non-profit initiative with chapters in 280 cities worldwide — I started the Raleigh chapter offering free mentorship circles, portfolio reviews, talks & creative meetups.


Group Formation in the Work Environment

“What do founders need in order to scale an effective team?” We found three themes throughout our research: Psychological safety, emotional norms, and diversity. From these themes, we created modules for the Andrews Launch Accelerator.
